Description

1. Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
2. Identifying customer needs and guiding them to appropriate solutions
3. Reporting product malfunctions
4. Updating customer records in the database
5. Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
6. Sharing feedback from customers with internal teams
7. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
8. Staying informed about our products and services

Profile

A successful 'Customer Service Representative' should have:
