About our Opportunity

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service culture that represents our company brand with pride. A great opportunity to join our professional, close-knit team who strive to provide an exceptional level of customer service to both potential and existing customers. This is a fast-paced and varied customer service and administration role.

A typical day will involve :

  • Responding to email enquiries and answering calls
  • Assisting customers with order placement, processing transactions and credits
  • Maintaining customer account information, contract pricing updates, contact details, preferences and transaction history within our CRM system
  • Handling customer sales enquiries, requests and issues, providing information, troubleshooting and resolving problems

About You

Ideally, you'll have customer service and/or administration experience with confidence and desire to answer incoming calls, along with a keenness to learn our products and work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well-organised team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.

In addition, you will bring :

  • Ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house ERP system
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively with competing priorities
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
