We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Customer Service Representative.
Working as a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a personalised and friendly service. Your primary responsibility is to service the customer base by handling cash withdrawals and deposits. Every day, you’ll support customers with a variety of needs. This can range from educating customers on how to use our digital platforms, giving them a choice of how they wish to bank with us, identifying products and services to meet customers’ needs, actively raising fraud awareness, and identifying customers who may be in vulnerable situations to determine the best way we can support them.
