My client, an engineering company based in Wokingham, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be working within the Customer Services Team, assisting the Production Planning, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Responsible for sales order processing and telephone enquiries, ensuring accurate input of orders and delivery to customers, providing a rapid response and customer satisfaction.

Hours of work are 08:00 / 09:30. A competitive salary of GBP26k per annum is on offer for the right candidate. Additional benefits package including contributory Pension (3%), Group Life Insurance (non-contributory), and Private Healthcare (after a qualifying period).
