Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Bromwich. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and resolution of customer issues.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Process returns and provide updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Work closely with the production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to customer support.

37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am – 4pm.
