Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Telford

Salary: £24K per annum

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm

Contract Type: Fixed Term contract - 8 months

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our vibrant team in our award-winning Customer Care department, based at our Telford Head office. At Lyreco, providing every customer with an excellent quality service is our number one priority. Due to our ongoing commitment to our customers, we are looking to expand the team to continue to offer an exceptional service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing customers with the highest level of customer experience
• Working to deadlines while providing quality customer service
• Updating and maintaining customer records on an ongoing basis
• Providing support to sales teams, both field-based and inside
• Promoting products on calls, in line with relevant promotional activity
• Being flexible in providing support for other teams when required

The ideal Customer Service Representative will:

• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate messages and build trust with customers and colleagues
• Possess an excellent telephone manner and customer rapport skills
• Be able to work as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Be highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Be computer literate
