What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the heartbeat of our contact centre. This isn't just any job - it's one of the most crucial roles in our business. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support every day. Each call is unique, from explaining water bills to helping customers find the best tariff. You'll listen, empathise, and provide solutions with a smile.

Flexible shifts: The hours of work are 36 hours a week, following a shift pattern that varies from month to month between 8 am - 8 pm & 1 in every 4 Saturdays. One of our friendly team members will discuss available shifts with you.
