We are currently looking for someone to join our four person team of Customer Service Representatives. This is a permanent, full-time position and we are seeking a long-term, dedicated team member. The right person will be comfortable talking on the phone, computer proficient, organized, detail-oriented, accurate, competent at spelling, and able to multitask.

Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing friendly service and an exceptional experience to every customer. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and placing customer orders. Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or other means.
  • Deliver on high service standards with established procedures.
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.
  • Oversee product exchanges and returns; process customer refunds when appropriate.
  • Batch orders throughout the day for distribution to production teams.
  • Print customer invoices for delivery.
  • File orders.
  • Light assembly when call volume permits.

Placement Criteria:
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow, organize diverse material, and handle multiple, competing, and changing priorities; ability to perform effectively without supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively and professionally and exhibit exemplary customer service skills with external customers, vendors, visitors, co-workers, and management.
