We are currently looking for someone to join our four person team of Customer Service Representatives. This is a permanent, full-time position and we are seeking a long-term, dedicated team member. The right person will be comfortable talking on the phone, computer proficient, organized, detail-oriented, accurate, competent at spelling, and able to multitask.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing friendly service and an exceptional experience to every customer. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and placing customer orders. Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
