An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in High Wycombe as a Customer Service Representative, paying an annual salary of between £23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM.
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
Communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat
Analysing customer enquiries and providing appropriate solutions
Assisting customers with product information and orders
Liaising with clients to keep them informed of progress or if any issues arise
Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
General ad hoc duties as and when required
The successful Customer Service Representative will have the following related skills / experience:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Assertive with a professional approach to all aspects of work
Good understanding of Microsoft Office package
Self-motivated and adaptable to team environments
Able to prioritise tasks
Flexible working attitude
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Manage workload effectively under pressure, ensuring deadlines are always met
Benefits:
22 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increases by 1 day after 5 years' service, up to a maximum of 25 days
