Customer Service Representative - Technical Team - Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
* Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls when necessary
* Provide clear, practical advice to customers
* Record detailed notes of all customer interactions
* Proactively assist customers with their queries
* Adhere to company procedures and processes
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
* Excellent customer service
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
* Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to switch between tasks as needed
* Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills
