Full Time

£23,000 per annum

We are seeking a talented digital Customer Service Representative to join their team and deliver outstanding support to their valued customers.

The Role

As the Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional reputation that has already been established and ensuring each customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Consistently provide high-quality, personalised service to every customer in every interaction, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and complaints related to orders, representing the brand with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to assist.
  • Prioritise and Manage Customer Needs: Effectively manage your daily workload, prioritising customer requests and ensuring timely resolution of all inquiries while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Foster Positive Customer Relationships: Communicate with customers and internal departments in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner, building strong relationships and ensuring every interaction leaves the customer feeling valued and understood.
  • Contribute to Business Success: Work collaboratively within the team and across departments to achieve company objectives, always prioritising customer satisfaction and contributing to an overall positive customer experience.
  • Providing feedback to senior management on the efficiency of the customer service process and providing subsequent key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Carry out other ad-hoc temporary duties as required by the business, which may be in a different department.
  • Organisational Skills: Management of multiple customer services’ email inboxes and platforms, ensuring all incoming emails are processed appropriately and promptly.

The Person

To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ work experience in an Office Based Customer Service Role.
  • Familiarity and proficient knowledge of Windows/Office.
  • Excellent word processing skills and computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Ability to take ownership and maintain composure to resolving challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently.
  • Due to the nature of the business, candidates need to be flexible and accommodate occasional overtime during busy times.
