Customer Service Representative


Location: Bishop's Stortford
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

The Role:


  • Engage with customers through phone, email, and in the exclusive showroom.
  • Provide knowledgeable information on products and pricing to assist customers effectively.
  • Secure orders, manage payments, and strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organisation to meet customer needs.
  • Assist with data entry, refunds, and returns as necessary.

The Ideal Candidate:


  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable taking incoming calls and engaging with customers.
