Customer Service Representative – Full Time

Location: ScottishPower HQ, Glasgow (Office Based)

Salary: £24,800 per annum + excellent benefits

Hours: 37 hours per week, Full Time

Join us as a Customer Service Representative at SP Energy Networks.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll be our customers’ first point of contact for electrical faults, general enquiries, power cuts as well as during large-scale events like storms. Your calm demeanour, prompt solutions, and reassuring support will help resolve electrical faults and enquiries, whilst always reinforcing our commitment to excellent customer service.

Your day will involve handling inbound calls, answering customer enquiries, providing updates on faults, and coordinating with our incident controllers to log incidents. You’ll also play a pivotal role in supporting our vulnerable customers, and offering the extra care they need. This role is not just about managing calls; it’s about caring for our customers when they need it the most.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support customers across multiple channels with consistent, kind communication.

  • Maintain high customer service standards, even during stormy weather.

Working Patterns:

We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. For full time staff, we offer an 8-week rotation working 5 days over 7 between the hours of 6am and Midnight, including some weekend work.
