Reed Talent Solutions are working with United Utilities on the search for 30 Customer Service Advisors to join a growing Billing team at their Lingley Mere Business Park.

The purpose of this role is to deliver a high-quality, helpful, and friendly service to any one of their 7 million customers who may contact United Utilities with a request or query relating to their water or wastewater supply.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a high-quality, helpful, and friendly service to valued customers. When a customer contacts United Utilities via the phone, you will be the friendly voice and expert point of contact for any water or wastewater queries and complaints.
Your dedication to prioritising workload, reacting swiftly, and maintaining accuracy will ensure customers receive the best possible service. Each interaction will be unique, offering you the opportunity to showcase your expert knowledge and problem-solving skills while delivering first-class customer service.
Role details:
Working hours: 4 week Rolling Rota, 2 options for shift patterns, both 37 hours PW:
Option 1 - Standard - desired
Week 1: Mon - Fri 9-5.
Week 2: Mon - Fri 10-6 + Sat 8-4 incl. rest day.
Week 3: Mon-Fri 12-8
Week 4: Mon-Fri 8-4
Option 2 - Shorter Fri & Sat x2
Week 1: Mon-Thu 8-5 then Fri 8-12
Week 2: Mon - Fri 9-6 + Sat 10-2 including rest day.
Week 3: Mon-Thu 9-6 then Fri 9-1
Week 4: Mon-Fri 11-8 + Sat 11-3 including rest day.
