You will be dealing with a range of contact from our client’s customers. This will be mainly inbound phone calls, but can also be outbound calls, emails, live chat and social media enquiries.

2. Active listening skills: the ability to attentively listen to customers and understand their needs and concerns.
3. Problem-solving skills: the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues or complaints.

5. Patience: the ability to remain calm and composed.
6. Adaptability: the ability to handle a wide variety of customer interactions and adjust communication style as necessary.
7. Sales skills: the ability to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers.
8. Positive attitude: the ability to remain positive and upbeat even during difficult customer interactions.
9. Strong teamwork skills: the ability to work effectively with other agents and support teams.
10. Advantageous: Knowledge of customer service best practices and call centre technology.

What we offer you:

1. Roles starting at the end of August
2. Monthly Pay: Starting from £22,308 per year
3. Hours: Monday - Saturday 08:00 - 20:00
4. Full time: 37.5 hour permanent contract
