Role Responsibility
What You’ll Do
Help make every journey through our station an enjoyable one. This means providing top-notch customer service, always following safety protocols, and making our stations clean, welcoming spaces to be in.
Our Station teams are made up of a variety of roles. These include positions on our platforms and gatelines as well as in our ticket offices. We also have team members who provide general support across a few stations (this often requires a full driving licence). And on our high-speed services we have Passenger Hosts.

Please note, we are looking for candidates in specific areas for this role. If you do not live within the specific area(s) that is noted on our advert, then you will be put on hold for now and it may take longer to get to you since we are prioritising certain areas/ depots.
CANDIDATES NEED TO LIVE WITHIN A 40 MINUTE COMMUTE OF FAVERSHAM STATION WITHOUT THE USE OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT.

You don’t need railway experience to do this role. We’re looking for people from all backgrounds to join our team.
All You Need Is
Given the start and end times of shifts, it’s also best to have your own transport to get to and from your place of work.
