About the role:
As their Customer Service and Operations Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin between their customers and internal teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional or a recent graduate looking to take their career to the next level in the thriving food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the crucial point of contact between customers and the sales, warehouse, and delivery teams
- Provide exceptional service to our customers
- Handle wholesale customer onboarding, coordinate order processing and manage daily enquiries
- Manage invoicing and assist with statements and control credit
- Assist warehouse with inventory management
- Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiencies across operations

Location and Hours
- Bermondsey, London (10-minute walk from Bermondsey tube station)
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 18:00 with an hour for lunch
- On-site role (work from home by exception only)
