AFM are recruiting a Customer Service Manager to manage the customer service team and be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a quality service to internal and external customers. They will oversee the day-to-day planned and unplanned activity, making sure issues are managed and resolved effectively. They will ensure that duties are performed in a proficient and efficient manner, ensuring contractual obligations and client expectations are achieved.
