Customer Service Manager – London, Hybrid – £45,000 (AE687427)

Are you a CRM or Customer Service Manager with a passion for skincare and beauty?

Are you a people-person with a problem-solving mindset?

This is a fabulous opportunity for a Customer Service professional to play a vital role with a future-focused and customer-obsessed hair and skincare brand. In this fast-paced and flexible environment no two days are the same, as you work to provide outstanding customer service.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UK customer service team across all support channels within SLA timeframes
  • Process orders, returns, and maintain accurate customer interaction records using CRM software
  • Develop service policies, set KPIs, and optimise workflows for improved efficiency
  • Liaise with regulatory, legal and cross-functional teams on processes and compliance projects
  • Handle escalated issues while identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Manage Shopify trade accounts to support salon setup needs
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance overall customer journey experience

Candidate Requirements:

  • Success in Customer Service management in the beauty industry, including line management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ideally with a Business, Communications or related Degree
  • Proficient with ecommerce platforms like Shopify and Gorgias, plus Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
