As a Customer Service Manager you will be the point of contact between customers and the sales & production teams. You will line manage the customer service team of 4 who process orders, create quotations and estimations, manage lead times and process export paperwork. As a Customer Service Manager it will be your responsibility to build strong relationships with the internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, acting as a key link between internal customer purchasing and the manufacturing site to support demand and capacity planning.
Customer Service Manager duties:
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate your experience within line management/ supervisory & development, you will have experience working within a manufacturing environment. You will also have a good working knowledge of the export process.
