Customer Service Manager

Pour Moi is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop our customer support operations across wholesale and B2C channels. • Lead and inspire the customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels
• Continuously improve customer service operations, streamlining processes for better efficiency
• Build strong relationships with customers and resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, order processing, and shipping
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer journey
• Monitor service metrics, analyse customer interactions, and implement improvements
• Oversee HR duties including one-to-ones, performance management, and holiday requests

• Proven experience in a customer service leadership role within a product-led industry (B2C and B2B)
• A natural customer-first mindset with a passion for enhancing the customer experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, even in challenging situations
• Ability to implement digital services to improve efficiency
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload
