Customer Service Manager

Customer Services Manager - Doncaster - £50-55k

Our client is at the beginning of a very exciting rebuild following an international merger. To fully maximize their potential, they need to build a strong foundation, a pivotal part of this is Customer Services. They are therefore seeking a dedicated CS Manager to lead and take responsibility for the Service Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and own Service schedule and delivery plan, including all aspects of H&S / RAMS.
2. Implementation and project management of Service strategy.
3. Market analysis of Service potential and routes to market.
4. Develop Service business model, policies, and procedures.
5. Oversee training, certification compliance and maintain skills matrix of Engineering team.
6. Responsible for Warranty claim management.
7. Responsible for developing Service packages.
8. Responsible for Service operational KPI consolidation and reporting.
9. Profit and Loss and target setting responsibility for Service.
10. Any other duties as and when required by Senior Management that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and are aimed at achieving the company's objectives and goals.

Minimum Requirements

1. Be a time-served Customer Service Manager from an Engineering background.
2. Commercially astute with the ability to become a role model for the department.
3. Possess the ability to positively communicate at all levels within the business with strong customer-facing skills, with the ability to create 'win-win' solutions.
4. Be solutions-oriented with strong commercial, numerical, and analytical abilities.
5. Can drive continuous improvement whilst maintaining engagement.
6. Competent in Microsoft Office packages and ERP systems.
7. Be experienced in Project Management, Budget control, Cost analysis and KPI management.
8. Full UK Driving licence.
