The Role:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will champion a customer-first mentality, where delivering exceptional service is as important as maintaining well-defined processes. Strong IT skills, particularly with SAP systems, are essential for this role, as you will optimise workflows and ensure accuracy in handling customer information and requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, motivate, and mentor the customer service team to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  2. Develop and implement efficient customer service processes to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
  3. Act as the key point of contact for escalated customer issues, resolving them promptly and professionally.
  4. Ensure team members are trained and proficient in the use of SAP systems and other relevant tools.
  5. Analyse customer service metrics and implement strategies to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  7. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and systems to enhance the customer journey.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
