Internal Sales Manager (Customer Service Focus)

Location: Banbury (with responsibilities in Redditch and Stokenchurch)

About the Role

We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to lead and support our clients internal sales / customer accounts team in delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is focused on process excellence rather than aggressive sales.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Leading a team of account managers/customer service operatives to achieve high standards of service and operational efficiency.
2. Overseeing the processing of customer forecasts, orders, and quotes, ensuring they are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
3. Ensuring the team follows established sales processes and proactively managing customer order books for extended timeframes.
4. Supporting the team in identifying and maximizing sales opportunities and revenue where appropriate.

We Are Seeking a Candidate With:

1. A solid background in leading and managing teams within an office environment.
2. A customer-centric approach with a proven ability to maintain strong client relationships.
3. Experience in maximizing revenue while maintaining a focus on service quality and team development.
4. A full UK driving license and the willingness to travel between our sites in Redditch and Stokenchurch.
