NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

If you have worked as a Customer Service Executive / Agent within an office or customer-facing environment, then great. If not, don’t worry the company will provide full training and support to get you up to speed.

SALARY: up to £25,000 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Exeter, South West England

Working as a Customer Service Executive / Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and support.

As the Customer Service Executive / Agent your role will involve handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone you assist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a genuine desire to help.

DUTIES

Once trained, your duties as a Customer Service Executive / Agent include:

  1. Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
  3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  4. Providing product information and guidance
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Upholding the company's high standards of service

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  1. No previous experience required – full training will be provided
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
