Customer Service Executive (Hybrid Working - 3 Days Office-Based, 2 Days Home-Based)
Location: Staines upon Thames
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum

Are you a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support in an international business environment? We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process to ensure operational excellence and timely deliveries.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned customer portfolio, providing high-quality support to both internal and external customers.
  3. Manage customer orders through all stages of the process, ensuring they are processed according to company policies and delivered on time.
  4. Proactively monitor open orders, addressing any disruptions in the supply chain, such as material availability or transportation issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to resolve issues and optimize customer experience.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and expectations.
  7. Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure timely cash collection and rebate management.
  8. Drive process improvements and suggest simplification initiatives to enhance efficiency in customer service and order management.
  9. Handle customer complaints in line with the complaint management process, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  1. 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role within an international company or B2B environment (essential).
  2. Fluency in additional languages is an asset but not required.
  3. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  4. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
