The role

The ideal candidate?
  1. 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics
  2. Strong organisational skills and a pro-active approach to customer service
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Adaptable and able to thrive under pressure, ready to respond quickly and flexibly to customer demands
