Job description

Are you looking to join a company that prioritises customer success?

As a result of company growth and an internal promotion, our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with senior internal and external stakeholders.

While this is a customer service role, it is not a call centre environment. Instead, you’ll be part of a small, close-knit team, responding to customer emails and phone calls, generating settlement letters upon request, and assisting with internal enquiries from other departments.

Responsibilities:
  1. Handling all telephone enquiries from both prospective and existing customers.
  2. Responding to customers quickly and effectively, ensuring that every customer interaction has a positive outcome.
  3. Responsible for all in-life processes, such as settlement requests, reschedules, account queries, refunds and cash reconciliations.
  4. Liaise with internal departments assisting with both in-life requests & customer queries.
  5. Maintain customer data to ensure it is up to date.
  6. Identification of improvements and changes that will further enhance their customer service delivery.
  7. Ensuring the service you provide is representative of the company’s values.
  8. Complaints handling.
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, professional customer service.
  2. Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail, to support in-life processes such as customer settlements and repayment queries.
  4. Ability to listen and to understand what the query is by asking the right questions, then resolving them for the customer.
  5. Able to work within a team and help create a positive, working environment.
  6. Experience in dealing with CRM systems or the ability to learn new system processes.
  7. Self-motivated and a passion for excelling.
