Our client, a leader in the automotive parts industry, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy and extremely friendly team. This is a great role for a lively individual with strong Excel skills (ideally V look ups / pivot tables) and a confident communication style.
The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator:
Dealing with existing customers to build relationships.
Processing orders and dealing with order, stock, and delivery enquiries/requests.
Using SAP and Excel.
Taking orders through phone, email, and EDI interfaces.
Dealing with the external sales team and offering support to them and their customers.
The skills & qualities needed to be a Customer Service Coordinator:
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel (ideally V look ups / pivot tables).
Great communication skills - energetic and friendly.
Proven experience in a customer service position - ideally office/phone based.
Attention to detail - able to differentiate products and ensure all order details are correct.
Can work as part of a team as well as alone.
