Customer Service Coordinator

We are looking for an ENTHUSIASTIC and HIGHLY MOTIVATED Customer Service Coordinator (Also known locally as a Property Manager) to complement our Property Management Team within our Lettings Department in Great Shelford. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will provide property management and tenancy support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator

  1. Act as a central point of contact managing the effective resolution of queries from clients and staff
  2. Coordinating urgent and routine repairs and maintenance
  3. Liaising with trades people/contractors and keeping customers up to date
  4. Organising safety inspections and managing remedial works
  5. Liaising with landlords following regular property visits
  6. Assisting customers with general tenancy queries
  7. Carrying out weekly partnership calls with colleagues and welcome calls with new customers
  8. Dealing promptly and courteously to communication with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal partners
  9. Providing a first-class service to maximise customer retention
  10. Ensuring personal and team deadlines are met, service levels maintained and KPI’s achieved
