Are you an organised, driven, and motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service? Our client based in Aldermaston is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a 14-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position upon completion.


You will be responsible for managing customer orders, handling inquiries, and liaising with internal and external teams to provide an exceptional service experience.

26,000 - £28,000 per annum


9:00am-5:00pm Mon-Thursday and 9:00am-4:30pm Friday

Job Description
  1. Efficient and timely processing of orders received via email.
  2. Professionally manage customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations via phone and email, investigating issues and ensuring effective resolution.
  3. Handle delivery inquiries, product collections and freight quotes.
  4. Proactively manage customer backorders by coordinating with relevant departments and keeping customers updated.
  5. Process invoices accurately and handle credit requests.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
  2. Strong organisational abilities, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  3. Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  4. Valid driving license and access to a car.
