Job Title: Customer Service Co-ordinator
Location: Central London
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 07:00 - 17:00 - 42 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our customer services team. The role will involve diary planning, scheduling engineers, arranging appointments with customers (telephone/email), quoting customers for maintenance contracts and repairs to their own equipment, raising rental orders and POs, whilst taking front line phone calls from customers and suppliers.
