Customer Service Assistant – Work from Home (Part-Time)

Apply4U is hiring on behalf of our clients for a remote Customer Assistant role. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills to provide customer support while working from home.

Salary: £12-£18 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Part-time / Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
  3. Process orders, refunds, and account updates
  4. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

Requirements:

  1. Previous customer service experience preferred
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
