As a Customer Service Assistant (Games Host), you will be responsible for running our skill games whilst delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games!

Person Specification:

  • Great customer service, communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
  • Honest, reliable and a responsible individual with strong work ethic
  • Able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays)
  • Ability to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
  • Have reliable transportation – due to the location of the site
