Glasgow Life is looking for Customer Service Assistants to join us on a part time, staff bank (permanent contract) basis. In this role you will be joining our in-demand Glasgow Life's Cultural Venues team assisting in the successful delivery of a range of events across Glasgow Life's flagship venues.

The role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the team by providing care to all customers that visit Glasgow Life Cultural Venues. Reporting to our venues Assistant Venue Managers and working alongside the Staff Bank CSA team.

Our city-wide contracts mean you will be flexible to work in any of our locations (The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, City Halls and Old Fruitmarket, Tramway and The Kelvingrove Bandstand).
This role is a bank staff position in which you can offer availability which suits your work-life balance.
