We're currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a permanent casual basis, contracted to 0 hours per week.

As a Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
  2. Being knowledgeable about the food service and helping customers with natural service
  3. Representing Universities and maintaining a positive brand image
  4. Handling cash and operating the cash register
  5. Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
  6. Complying with Health and Safety regulations
