Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be working within a contact centre environment handling incoming calls from clients answering a range of enquiries regarding their remortgage transaction.

The role will also involve liaising with third parties such as banks and working closely with other members of the business to provide a seamless client experience.

Profile

1. No experience required; the business welcomes candidates from a range of backgrounds.
2. Customer focused with a confident telephone manner.
3. Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
4. A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation.
5. Good teamwork skills.
