This would be an excellent opportunity for someone experienced within customer services or someone that would like to start their career with a business that will provide full training and support!

Job Description

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the forefront of the business handling queries from customers regarding the remortgage process. You will have your own caseload which you will be processing from start to finish, ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

The role will be very fast-paced and rewarding, working alongside a fun and collaborative team!

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you will have some previous customer service experience from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality.

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner are essential.

You should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills are required.

You must be a great team player.
