Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global FMCG brand, for a Customer Service Assistant to support their team with order processing and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth customer operations.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Handle administrative tasks related to customer service.
  3. Respond to customer enquiries via email, providing clear and timely information.
  4. Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
  5. Liaise with internal departments to manage orders, returns, and resolve any issues.

ABOUT YOU:
  1. Experience in customer service and order processing (SAP experience preferred).
  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  4. Ability to work efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced environment.

BENEFITS:
  1. Duration: 12-Week Contract
  2. Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  3. Salary: £27,000 Pro Rata
