Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:

1. Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers with professionalism and care

5. Exhibit a professional, approachable, and friendly manner in all interactions

What We're Looking For:

5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. A valid driving licence (due to the location of the office)
