Some of your duties will include:
Managing complaints received from tenants and members which are covered under Property Redress Scheme.
Receiving and handling complaints ensuring that all KPI’s and timescales are managed during the process.
Collecting all relevant complaint evidence and information to help resolve complaints.
Managing own case files and progressing cases through each stage of the process.
Providing advice to complaints and members by telephone and email with the aim of resolving issues.
Communicating with Letting Agents, leasehold management companies, landlords, and tenants.
