Customer Service And Sales Advisor

Working as part of a small team based at DN14 involved in the sale of authentic vintage and antique ironmongery.

Responsibilities:

1. Taking and processing sales orders.
2. Providing customer service, including handling customer queries and parcel tracking.
3. Using HUBSPOT for workflow streaming.
4. Interacting with customers over the web and telephone.

1. Sales experience.
2. Strong customer service skills.

The role is full time, 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, with 15-minute paid breaks in the morning and afternoon, and a 30-minute unpaid dinner break.

Performance bonuses are paid monthly based on performance and sales results.
