Position: Customer Service and Fleet Administrator
Location: East of England Showground, Peterborough (PE2 6XE)
Grade: RCS. P
Salary: Up to £24,000
Work Patterns: Monday-Friday. Day time hours
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time)

What does the role entail?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Manage the relevant contracts including any email and telephone requests in a timely manner within client and internal KPIs and take ownership for requests and queries.
  • Ensure that booking requests are responded to quickly, efficiently and to correct standards, ensuring required service levels are achieved.
  • Provide excellent customer care, a high level of accuracy, ensuring all administration duties are fulfilled to the required standard and timescales.
  • Take ownership of requests and queries ensuring they are managed to a successful solution.
  • Help to maintain the internal database, ensuring that the computer systems are up to date, accurate and that all new changes are actioned.
  • Provide accurate reporting on time in line with KPI requirements.
  • Proactively manage the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and de-fleeting in line with requirements.
  • Monthly invoicing and back up and sense check the data before sending.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous and proven track record in a customer service and administrative environment is essential.
  • Strong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs.
  • Strong administration skills and able to prioritise tasks.
  • Data analytics experience with excellent attention to detail.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
