Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a 3-month fixed term basis.
This is a part-time, 16 hours per week office-based role.
As a Customer Service Agent with Marston Holdings Ltd, you will have a pivotal role in our contact centre engaging with customers and helping them find a solution whether that’s processing payments or helping them resolve a query. This role involves taking inbound calls, processing payments, and answering queries.
