Customer Service Advisor position, with a company in the Omagh area, must be fluent in French or Spanish. Your new company operates on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, and the US. They have created a new position within their business for a Customer Service Advisor. This position will be at the forefront of identifying new customers and engaging and developing a relationship with them, acting as an intermediary to resolve any issues they may have.

Your new role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver exceptional service by handling enquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a focus on quality and proactive support, you’ll help maintain the company's high service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Providing a high level of customer service to both new and existing customers.
2. Troubleshooting and guiding first-time customers through the business process.
3. Analysing data and reports to establish new customer trends.
4. Maintaining a positive working relationship with other business departments.

What you'll need to succeed

As Customer Service Advisor, you will be fluent in French or Spanish and be able to demonstrate previous experience in a customer relations position. You should have good problem-solving skills, the ability to manage your own workload, and be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. You will be confident in collating and presenting data in reports and have the ability to work flexibly and non-standard hours when required to meet the global needs of the business.
