Customer Service Advisor - PT

Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our client in the Trowbridge area, who are actively looking to recruit a Part time: Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Working in a busy and friendly team, you will provide essential administration support to ensure their customers receive first rate service. Duties will include:

1. Dealing with customer queries, following up on enquiries
2. Processing orders through to payment
3. Assisting with quotations, pricing, and invoicing
4. Updating internal database and spreadsheets
5. Liaison with a number of internal departments
6. Additional ad hoc projects as and when required

What you will need to succeed:

Strong customer service and administration experience, ideally from manufacturing or export although not essential. You should be:

1. Organised, efficient and good at working under pressure where no two days are the same
2. Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a small team
3. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
4. Excellent communication skills over the phone as well as via email

What you will receive in return:
