Location: Reading

Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Salary: £28,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor & Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally
  2. Maintain and update online property advertisements
  3. Follow up with prospective tenants and manage waiting lists
  4. Process data entry, update records, and manage email correspondence
  5. Upload property photos, certificates, and reports
  6. Assist with general office administration, including ordering supplies
  7. Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate key dispatch
  8. Notify tenants of upcoming maintenance work
  9. Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Candidate Profile
