CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – Email & Socials

Salary: £25,896

Location: Warrington – fully office based – free parking

Hours: Shift 1 Full Time: – 11:00-21:45 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (40hrs)

Start date: March 2025

They are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their dedicated team based in Warrington. What you'll do:

  1. Servicing customer queries on a day-to-day basis
  2. Ensuring accounts are kept up-to-date and regulatory responsibilities are adhered to
  3. Working across many areas of the business
  4. Providing professional and friendly service via live chat, telephone and email
  5. Accurately recording data, including adjustments, closures, and other processes
  6. Resolving all customer account queries efficiently and in a timely manner
  7. Liaising internally with other departments to resolve customer queries
  8. Promptly raising any escalations to maintain customer satisfaction
  9. Staying up to date with current promotional campaigns, rules, and procedures

  2. Ability to deliver best-in-class customer interactions
  3. Positive approach to learning new things
  4. Experience from customer-facing backgrounds is desirable but not essential
