Autowash is a thriving white goods repair and sales business in Sittingbourne. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to provide fast, affordable domestic appliance repairs throughout Kent, also supplying new appliances and spare parts.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work within our busy central hub based in Sittingbourne. This role will involve dealing with both customers and clients in order to book in work for our field service engineers as well as handling any general inquiries - these could range from install queries, sales issues, and customer complaints. Therefore, an excellent telephone manner and a high level of both written and spoken English is required for this role.
This role will involve booking calls onto our bespoke online booking system, which in turn will then need allocating to an engineer, ensuring this is done in line with our SLAs. Organisation is key for this role as you will be juggling multiple tasks and ensuring all are done to a high standard.
You will be confident in using Microsoft packages, especially Word and Excel, and experience of using call booking systems previously will be advantageous, although full training will be given on our system.
This role is working Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm.
The salary for this role is £12.30 per hour.
