Customer Service Officer – Join a Leading Medical Innovations Company!

Are you a proactive and customer-focused professional looking to make a difference in people’s lives? We are a forward-thinking healthcare company dedicated to providing innovative medical solutions that improve patient outcomes. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for our customers and healthcare partners.

Location: Warwick, office based Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Salary: £27-£29k DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Engaging with customers and healthcare professionals via phone and email, providing exceptional support and product information.
  2. Processing and packing patient orders from our onsite warehouse.
  3. Monitoring stock levels and liaising with manufacturers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  4. Coordinating with internal teams for technical support when needed.
  5. Accurately maintaining customer databases and product records.
  6. Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. A strong background in customer service with a professional, friendly, and patient approach.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  4. A problem-solver with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); experience with QuickBooks is a plus (training provided).
  6. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams.
